Our welders have greater control when welding because the Tungsten used in TIG welding allows them to pinpoint exactly where they want the arc to be. Tig welding is a clean process that requires no after weld cleanup that other forms of welding create. Our Tig welders can weld in any position (vertical, Flat, overhead, horizontal.) The Foot control used to TIG weld is another advantage, it allows our welders to adjust their amperage mid weld and adapt to the changes in the weld puddle as they encounter them. Pulse welding is beneficial when welding on thin gauge materials, it helps keep heat out of the part and avoids distortion and warping.
